Questions about the Privacy Policy, how analytics works, what advertising cookies involve, or a data-related request. If you are asking us to delete data, please note what the policy explains: your files were never uploaded, so there is nothing of that kind for us to delete.

Copyright and takedowns (DMCA)

If you believe material on this site infringes your rights, email us with the subject line "Copyright" and include the details listed in our Privacy Policy: identification of the work, the URL of the material on this site, your contact information, and your good-faith statement.

Feedback and bug reports

Tell us: which tool (the page URL), your browser and its version, what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. One important note: because your files never reach us, we cannot inspect the file that failed — a precise description (file type, rough size, the options you picked) is what makes a bug reproducible.

Two things we cannot do

Recover files. Nothing was ever uploaded, so there is no server-side copy for us to restore.
See your files. We cannot "check what went wrong with your document" — we never had it. Describe it precisely and we will reproduce the case on our side.
